This Privacy Policy is aimed at persons who visit UAB Garsų pasaulis (hereinafter – the Company or We) website www.gp.lt (hereinafter – the Website).

By using the Website, submitting your data, completing the feedback form, sending an email to the Company’s general email address, sending or otherwise submitting your CV, continuing browsing the Website, you confirm that you have familiarised yourself with this Privacy Policy and accept its provisions, and agree that the Company collects about you the data that the Company receives when you browse the Website, complete the feedback form, send the CV, send an email or otherwise contact the Company. 

With this Privacy Policy, we do not seek to agree with you on how your data will be processed. We inform you what information we collect about you when you visit the Website, to whom we transfer this information and how we can use it.

The information directly provided by you when completing the feedback form: the forename and/or surname, email address, phone number and other information you provide to us when browsing the Website and/ or sending us an email.

The information provided by you for the purpose of employment with the Company. If you want to get a job with the Company, usually, you have to provide us with the following Personal data: CV, forename and surname, email address. If you provide more information about yourself (Personal data), we will see this as your explicit consent to the processing of such additionally provided data.

The information about how you use our Website: the information we receive when you browse the Website, including your IP address, geographic location, or other information about your computer or any other device you use; also the information about your actions on the Website – statistics of the length of visits, page searches, number of clicks, browsing history, etc.

The Company uses Personal Data for the following purposes:

For the purposes of evaluating and responding to feedback from individuals about the Company. When completing the feedback form, the Data subject shall not required to provide more Personal Data than is necessary to  evaluate and respond to the feedback.  

For the purposes of reviewing the content of emails sent to the Company and for the purpose of providing responses to them. If you provide Personal Data in an email addressed to the Company, we will take this as your express consent to process such Personal Data provided.

The Personal Data you provide when applying for employment in the Company will be processed for the purpose of selecting potential employees.

Website traffic statistics analysis – we seek to ensure the smooth and high quality functioning of the Website, improve the Website and adapt it to the needs of our customers. 

Other purposes – we can also process your Personal data for other purposes if we have a lawful basis for doing so or if we receive your consent for that.

5. Personal Data processing for the purpose of employment in the Company

If you apply for the particular position, but the job offer is not submitted to you, or you have not indicated that you apply for the particular position, we will store and process the data in the database of applicants of the Company for future staff recruitments for a maximum period of 6 (six) months. In this case, the submitted data shall be entered in the database of applicants (potential employees) of the Company. During the entire data retention period, we can evaluate your candidature and submit to you offers for job positions in the Company. 

If you object to the retention and processing of Personal data in the database of applicants of the Company for future staff recruitments, your Personal data will be destroyed at the end of recruitment to the specific position.

The Company will retain your Personal data for 3 (three) years from the date of their submission, unless otherwise required by the Data Subject, or where required by legal acts, or in the cases when this Privacy Policy establishes otherwise.

The Company processes Personal data through Personal data processors providing to us accounting, personnel administration, Website hosting, data centre and/or server rental, IT maintenance, external audit and other services.

  2. To correct your Personal data or, depending on the purposes of Personal data processing, supplement incomplete Personal data (right to rectify). 
  3. To have your data erased or no longer processed (except storage) (right to erasure and right to be forgotten).
